Flowerama!

Danny and I decided to take this past week off from work and spend some time with the kiddos.  Cadence's last day of daycare was last Thursday and she didn't start kindergarten until yesterday.  It worked out well that we were able to spend some time with her and Colin before her big day!

Weather-wise we couldn't have asked for a better week to be home.  We've been able to go swimming every day and have had a lot of fun doing other things.  Right now, I'm actually at Danny's office while he attends a short meeting.  I was able to get a couple of things done for work and update the blog a little.  We are going to head downtown for some lunch soon.  Cadence is hopefully enjoying her second day of kindergarten.  I've been told Colin is being a good boy for my mom.  I will post about our "stay-cation" soon!

Danny took some pictures of our house/yard recently that I wanted to share.  Danny and my dad have spent many hours helping make our house a home.  My dad received some wildflower seed from a work function and we were able to spread the seeds out front in our yard.  It was something we've wanted to do since we moved into the house last Spring.  For one, the yard takes a long time to mow if you cut all of the grass; and secondly, it's so pretty!  Enjoy the pictures below and soak up the rest of the summer before it's gone!
