B-Ballin'

It's really difficult to get pictures during Colin's basketball games, so I don't do it often.  One game I was determined to get some good action shots - check them out!

It's been a fun season - he's grown a lot - in terms of ability and emotionally.

Wildlights

Danny's parents and 2 of the 3 Napier cousins came up for a visit to Columbus to celebrate Christmas the day after Christmas.  That night, even though it was "drippy" outside, we went to the zoo to enjoy the Wildlights!  The rain cut down on the crowd size, so that was nice!

Cadence took some photos, too!

We had a nice evening and enjoyed a quick dinner at Culvers!

Christmas Morning

Our laid-back Christmas mornings are the best.  While Mom & Dad are at church, the kids open up their gifts from "Santa."

Cadence impressed us with her gift-wrapping skills.  This was her gift to me and Danny.  She's so cute.

I forgot that I hid some hand-me-down Nerf guns in our basement, so we told the kids to go back upstairs so I could put them under the tree!

He loved 'em!

This kid fell in love with the Phillies this past season.

In love with her new Nike Blazers.

The kids put this together in no time on Christmas morning.

Gingerbread House Decorating

We spent Christmas Eve at my parents' house and enjoyed some good food (we made a bunch of appetizers), played some fun games (Bananagrams is still a crowd favorite), and decorated gingerbread houses.  The kids were totally spoiled this year - my dad made the gingerbread from scratch and then assembled the houses so all the kids had to do was decorate!  My parents went all out and got a ton of candy to make the houses even more epic!

Colin thought it was funny Olive had some frosting on her nose!

We just enjoyed watching everyone decorate!

December Fun

December was filled with lots of fun plans leading up to the holidays.

First up was Cadence's winter band concert.

Our girl in first chair continues to make us proud.  The kids put on a nice show!

Hangin' with the Rileys after the show.  Veronica and I were quick to snap a pic of the potential future couple <wink, wink>

Danny treated us to a delicious dinner at Ocean Club to celebrate a successful year running his own business.  I'm so proud of what he's been able to accomplish.  He never ceases to amaze me!

The kids got a kick out of the chop sticks.  Only Colin used his to enjoy some sushi.

My parents are so cute.

Cool Cameron Mitchells Ocean Club stamp on his ice.

Some live action shots from one of Colin's basketball games.

We were able to squeeze a quick trip down to Hamilton to see Danny's dad's family before Christmas.  It was nice to see family members that we haven't seen in years.  That night we celebrated Gracie's birthday and the kids played several hands of Uno!
