Luckily we found some time to fit in a trip to Legend Hills Apple Orchard. It's still our favorite place to pick. It doesn't have all of the "hoopla" of some of the other orchards, so it's normally not too crowded. We normally go the first or second weekend in October also, so a little late. A lot of the trees are usually pretty picked over. We had great weather and we still found lots of good apples - especially for making pies and applesauce. We always have a good time and take lots of nice (and silly) pictures. As you can tell by our attire, it was a Buckeye football Saturday!
