Hi everyone! I finally have some cute pictures to share with you all. We've been kind of low-key lately and not doing anything too exciting. Cadence is keeping us entertained as usual. She's beginning to speak in 3-4 word sentences and will repeat just about anything we say to her. It's amazing how we'll tell her how to say something once or twice and then she'll repeat it by herself all day!
Sometimes it's hard to figure out how she will react to certain situations. I like to sing the Katy Perry song, Hot 'N Cold, to her because that's how she is! It can be a battle sometimes when it comes to dinner; she'll either want to play or watch TV instead of come into the kitchen. Sometimes she'll eat pizza and sometimes she won't! She's been in a great mood the past couple of days. A stark contrast to how she was this time last week. She got another bad cold from daycare and started to feel sick last Wednesday. She was soooooo cranky!
Danny's sister, Annie, and her family visited us last weekend. We took a trip to COSI and had a lot of fun! There was a lot to keep the kids entertained and we even learned a lot too! Cadence loves spending time with her cousins; I felt badly that she didn't really feel like herself and didn't have as much fun as I know she normally would.
Valentine's Day was sweet this year. Cadence got some really cute gifts from her grandparents; my mom even had my grandfather's ring melted down to make a heart pendant necklace for Cadence. It is really special to us and I know it will mean a lot to her when she gets older. Danny and I gave her a few small gifts. It was great to see her face when she saw the gift bag. She gets really excited and makes a surprised face. It's really priceless.

This is her before bath routine. She LOVES to run around the house in her diaper! If she had it her way, she would be completely nude!
One day she HAD to keep her winter hat on to eat lunch. I could just eat her up!
