Cadence's Social Studies Assignment

Back in November, Cadence had an assignment all about The French and Indian War.  I got such a kick out of it, I had to take pictures and text them to Danny so that he could enjoy them while he was out of town.  I was so impressed!  She's talented and witty, that's for sure!

The curly mustaches and the word bubbles are awesome.

The x's on the eyes 😁

The facial hair is on-point

Pics to Danny & Misc Fall 2023

A lot of goofy pictures and car selfies to Danny, gorgeous sunrises, and beautiful sunsets filled the days of fall 2023.  Check it out...

Sunset on my way home from work

Kids' teeth cleanings were done - waiting for me!

Danny and Dad went to the Ohio State football game on the same day as Colin's basketball preview tournament.  Mom and I went and I took lots of photos and videos to share with Danny.

Cadence spent the night at Lily's house and then FaceTimed us during the basketball game to show us all of the crazy makeup she and Macie put on their faces 😧

Colin snapped this sunset over Hoover Reservoir on our way home from the tournament.

This sunrise was showing off before we left the house for the morning.

I love decorating the little tree with the old Hallmark ornaments.  I don't think the kids would admit they like it just as much as I do.

Halloween 2023

Waaaay back during the summer of 2023, we sat around the pool with the Marinellis and talked about costume ideas for the kids - thinking they could stick to a theme.  We came up with rappers/musical artists.  Enjoy their costumes!  We sure did!

Cadence as Eminem

Colin as Post Malone

Added a beer can for good measure

The Marinelli kids were Lil Nas X and Ice Spice

Addison added some padding to her costume

And Cadence added some "birds" to her costume to make it more "authentic"

I present to you, Kris Kross and Salt-N-Pepa

Joe was inspired by Cadence 😉

It was so chilly, it started to snow!

I caught Cadence taking a picture of the crazy weather!

The kids made out like bandits!

We had a great time, as always!

The after! 😂

Annual Pumpkin Carving Extravaganza

I love that we all still enjoy getting together to carve pumpkins.  Check out how well we did this past Halloween!

Danny's is on the left - it was inspired by Colin's Halloween costume, Post Malone.  Mine's 2nd to the left, my dad's is the scary one next, and Cadence did an M&M, inspired by her Halloween costume, Eminem.

Colin's was a challenge for him this year - he was still working on his when I took the photo above.  He put forth a good effort and had a great finished product!
