In February, Cadence tagged along with Danny on a work trip to Connecticut. They made some memories before coming home with a trip to NYC!
While they were away, I treated Colin and Graham to a trip to Urban Air trampoline park.
Danny and Cadence BOTH skated in Rockefeller Plaza. I was so happy for them that they both got out on the ice!
Danny had a work trip out in LA after that --
We ate dinner at the bar in the hotel restaurant. The bartender gave each couple a rose :)
The concert was Saturday night, so we walked around the city during the day.
It started snowing!
I didn't get any pics while at the concert (only videos), but they put on a great show! The concert was at The Salt Shed and was a really cool venue. It was pretty intimate, but much bigger than, say, Newport Music Hall in Columbus.
Both mornings we started the day off the "Rite" way at Do-Rite.
We did some more walking around our favorite city before our late flight home. Luckily we made it home -- Columbus got a decent amount of snow on Sunday!
Colin decided he wanted to play lacrosse in the spring with his buddies Adrian and Caleb. Danny got their pic after the pre-season meeting.
The last weekend in February, Colin's basketball team had their final tournament. They put up a great fight and played some great basketball!
Between me and my dad, we got some great shots of Colin during the games!
Danny spotted AJ Hawk (whose son was also playing in the tournament). I mentioned it to Connie (Graham's grandma) and told her to go say hi! I told her I would take a pic for her lol
Colin's team made it to the final game, but fell short. It was a tough way to end the season.
Scott was able to fix the broken pipe in Cadence's shower (that had been broken since Thanksgiving). He converted the tub to a shower and put in new tile with new fixtures and door. We (especially Cadence) love how it turned out.
