After we sent the kids off on their first day of school, Danny and I headed to Hocking Hills for the weekend. We had to postpone the trip a couple of times due to sports and such, so it was nice that it aligned with our 18th anniversary. We had a great time just hiking and hanging out. We stayed in a tiny cabin and brought our own food for dinners. It was really nice being out in the woods, just the two of us!
One evening it cooled down enough to have a campfire and have s'mores
On Saturday we went zip-lining. It was a blast. It started to thunder, though, so our fun was cut a little short. We definitely want to try it with the kids one day!
