When we finally convinced Cadence that her room was due for a makeover, she couldn't wait to get started. We were pretty busy with both kids playing basketball, so we waited until the season was over to dig in. During the week after Christmas when we were all quarantined, Cadence and I created an "idea board" and picked out the colors, comforter, pillows, etc. We narrowed our paint choices down and Cadence picked her favorite one for the walls. The kids and I painted frames, hooks, and other decor to match the new color scheme. We're all thrilled with the way her room turned out - especially Cadence.
I found this company (https://samplize.com/) that sells stickers from the major paint retailers and we picked out 4 from Sherwin Williams. We were able to move them around her room to see how they looked in different lighting. It just so happens that a friend of mine is linked to the company through a family member - what a small world!

Ta-da! All done! It looks so fresh and grown up and I think it really suits our big girl. 😀
