School Conference Comp Day

In the middle of October, the kids had a day off from school due to a conference comp day for the teachers. After Danny and I got a little bit of work done at home, we took the kids to Star Lanes.  We hadn't been to Star Lanes in a while due to COVID, but it was open for business, so we decided to give it a shot.
We got there right when it opened, so there wasn't anyone else in the arcade area.  They had lots of bowls with Sani-wipes, they had hand sanitizer stations, and they also had air purifiers everywhere.  Of course we also had to wear masks.

After the kids cashed in their e-tickets for prizes, we hit the bowling alley.  They had dividers up between the alleys and you were supposed to alternate if you were bowling at the same time as your neighbor.  We had a good time.

We grabbed lunch at Chick-fil-a at the food court in the mall...

and stopped by a couple local shops to pick up some more mums and pumpkins for the front porch.  Look how cute it turned out!
