With smartphones always by our side, we collect a lot of random pictures. It's a good thing! Here are a few that I've collected over the last month or so.
Around the beginning of July, Mom took the kids to the park. They had a great time!
Colin's getting better on his scooter, but most of the time you end up pulling him along.
My kids love American Ninja Warrior -- Colin is obsessed!
Sassy-pants
Apparently Colin prefers to wear Ohio State t-shirts and Cadence gravitates towards her neon-orange shirt on Grandma Fridays. Pretty sure she has it on today, too.
I snapped this one before a busy day of swimming! Lately, Cadence has done very well swimming without her puddle-jumper. If the water in the pool is the right height, she can touch the bottom, so that helps!
One morning at drop-off, the kids spotted Mrs. Kim's car at daycare/summer camp. Colin loves to see if it's there every day.
Danny sent this one to me after a Costco trip. They love Costco!
I'm not sure if you can see the huge plastic bin in the cart above -- it's a neat pack of crafting supplies that the kids had to have. They had a "crafty" morning with Grandma a couple of weeks ago. They made a bunch of cool stuff!
I had one of the camp counselors send me some pictures of Cadence and her friends on her last day of summer camp. Most likely, she won't see these kids until next summer! She had a lot of fun this summer and reconnected with kids that she went to pre-school with. They also went to places like splash pads, glow putt-putt, Cosi, Franklin Park Conservatory, the list goes on. They kept her busy for sure!
We've been waiting to say this for a long time, but Colin's just about potty-trained! Wahoo!!! He still has minor accidents from time-to-time, and wears a Pull-Up at night, but I call it a success! It's so nice not changing dirty diapers anymore! I wish he knew how much the landfill thanks him -- ha! Mom sent this one to me after he went #2 on the potty (I know, TMI).
We were cracking up at Cadence one afternoon while swimming when she put her goggles on. She looked like such a sweet, little goofball!

Enjoy the rest of your summer...I know we will! It will be fall before you know it!
