This is how we find Cadence in the mornings now...

The other day Mom and I were talking about how much Cadence has changed since she moved up to the 12-18 month room at daycare. We know part of it is her age, but we know that she picks up on what the older kids are doing and she has a great teacher as well. Cadence's vocabulary now consists of the words, "Puppy", "Mommy", "Daddy", "Poppa", "ball", "baby", "yummy", "no", "snack", "book", "baba" (for bottle), "please", "thank you", "hi", "hello", "bye", "go" and I think she's close to saying "water". She can also sign, "all done", "please", and "more". It is really cute! Right now she is really into pulling herself up onto furniture and she's figuring out cruising. She loves practicing walking while holding our hands. She's becoming such a big girl! She also loves hiding behind things and popping out to play Peek-a-boo. The other day before dinner, she was hiding behind the coffee table and peeking her head up to see Danny. One time she did it and smacked her mouth on the table! She bit her tongue for the first time...it was not fun! She finally calmed down with the help of her pacifier and was back to her self after dinner...whew!
