Who knew that finding cute maternity clothes would be such a chore?! Part of my problem is that I'm not "huge" yet, but uncomfortable in my regular clothes! I found a couple things, but will hopefully be able to find some more stuff. Everything is either (A) Way too huge...who wants to wear a tent? (B) Way too expensive, or (C) Clothing for Spring! Anyone have any advice?
Yes - belly bands....you can get them at Target for like $15 and they hold up your pants when you can't button them or when maternity ones are still too big (works after pregnancy too)...I'm a big fan :) All of Target's maternity stuff is great...
ReplyDeleteI've been looking around and I think I'm going to have the same problem. I've seen those belly bands at Target and wondered if they work. Good to know they do! Let me know if you find any other great places. Good luck!!
ReplyDeletep.s. love the blog!
I totally understand the feeling; I have the same issue! Personally, I didn't like the belly bands- I didn't like how they fit, but I hear a lot of people like them. I have a couple shirts from Target, and I ordered some stuff from oldnavy.com (most of their maternity is not in stores), but it's hard since you can't try it on before you get it. I have jeans and cords from Old Navy that I really like that have a low natural waist that is just stretchy. I also have a pair of cords from GAP that I like. Good luck and let me know if you find anything good!
